Why is the assessment $100?

It's a real evaluation with real time from Coach Michael. Movement screens, velocity testing, and a one-on-one debrief aren't a sales call — they're an hour of professional analysis. Free assessments fill slots with tire-kickers. Paid assessments fill them with serious athletes.

What's the science behind it?

Coach Michael's background is in Exercise Physiology — how the body adapts to load, velocity, and conditioning at a deep physiological level. Every protocol is built on measurable inputs, not generic templates. Velocity Based Training, Postural Restoration, and Heart Rate Training are the core tools.

What ages do you work with?

Athletes age 6 and up, including the Movement for Kids (M4K) program for younger athletes building foundational movement patterns. Adult clients up to age 70 are welcome as well.

What if my athlete isn't ready for full training?

Coach Michael will tell you straight. You'll leave with a plan, whether or not Elev8 is the next step. The assessment stands on its own.

How does the $50 credit work?

If your athlete decides to join Elev8 within 7 days of the assessment, $50 of what you paid comes right off the first month's training. So the assessment effectively costs $50 — and you keep the report regardless.
